With a head office in the UK we offer an impressive product portfolio and continue to grow and expand our product offering. Having invested heavily in the digital print and direct to customer sectors, we have become the largest direct to garment printer in Europe. Due to this impressive growth, we are now seeking a Digital Production Manager to join our team at our Dutch production facility in Venlo. Reporting to the Operations Manager (Based in the UK) you will demonstrate a sound knowledge of cost control, including Performance management and will be able to deliver continuous improvement initiative’s whilst continuing to meet the requirements of the business. Key responsibilities will include: (But are not limited to) Lead Customer service contact and initiative Liase with other departments as necessary including commercial department on all matters concerning on boarding of new clients. Review demand forecast and plan resources to suit Track performance against client SLA Provide cover for the operations Manager as required Man power plans – 4-6 weeks forecast/plan (include seasonal planning) Tracking and reporting of print performance Staff training/Learning and development Appraisals Preparation of area regarding audit plans and actions required Support shift leaders and provide holiday cover as and when required Lead and support problem solving Succession planning The successful candidate will have: Experience in a similar function Good sound knowledge of English and Dutch, both spoken and written with excellent communication skills Knowledge of the CAO Grafimedia Experience of ISO 9001 would be desirable Must be: Flexible, enthusiastic and a positive attitude Able to work independently Proactive Able to work within a team and share best practice. Able to manage work load and prioritise time accordingly.
