Purpose of Job:
This position is responsible for bringing a consistent flow of profitable business to the company. Maintain and improve competitiveness to increase market share and meet targets and yearly sales forecast.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Commercial:
- Responsible for prospecting, qualifying and closing multiple opportunities
while maintaining existing cluster of customers.
- Generate and follow up leads (cold calling, telemarketing or referrals).
- Identify and conduct a research and analysis of potential clients.
- Proactively visit the potential clients and work on sales conversion.
- Manage accounts and maintain revenue streams and source out new
revenues from the sale products.
- Responsible for all aspect of relationships with the existing and new
clients.
- Initiate price offer calculations and negotiations.
- Monitor competition by gathering the updated information on pricing, -
market, products, deliveries, networks.
Logistics:
- Regularly communicate to production department regarding any specific
customer preferences/request for service and provide solutions
immediately.
- Monitor all import and export of organics oils and fats containers.
- Monitor the product distribution within Europe and ensure that quality
meets the satisfaction of the customers
- Monitor open purchase orders; keep track of inventory and storage
(inventory management).
Requirements:
- Studies should be in a relevant field such as Business Management;
Economics; Marketing.
- Have 2-3 years professional experience in sales, marketing and customer
service.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Dutch.
- German language is highly desirable.
- Highly organized and good planning skills to meet deadlines.
- Able to deal with different clients in a professional manner.
- Able to work in a dynamic and faced paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact well with different cultures
- Willing to travel and have a driving license
- Mastery of MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint & Excel).
