Visit our website ( to learn more about what we do and what we stand for. Purpose of Job: Provide support and assistance with the sales and logistics activities of the commercial department. The function involves administrative functions as well in support of the requirements of the main headquarters in Rotterdam, NL. Roles and Responsibilities: Commercial: - Prepare the offers and prices as per directives of the Commercial director or Commercial Manager – Internal Sales - Manage and create invoice on the SAP CRM System. - Develop effective relationship with third party logistics service providers by delivering high quality services in a timely and efficient manner. - Ensure the accuracy data of the offers, invoices, payments process, inquires. - Manage all computer inputs and administration databases using SAP CRM System. - Build strong working relationships with operations in Ecuador and Sierra Leone. - Coordinate supply chain operations in the absence of the Commercial Manager Internal. - Monitor incoming stocks/samples and ensure that samples arrive on time before delivering to customers. - Coordinate the transport and delivery. - Ensure the maximum use of tank storage and capacity. - Communicate any delays of delivery to customer and commercial director. Administrative: - Provide customer service (welcoming guest, extending assistance) - Manage and assist in resolving all customers inquiries/complaints. - Organize files both electronically and manually. - Ensure all inquiries are being reported to Commercial Director or Commercial Manager – Internal Sales. - Ensure that Commercial Office is well organized. - Responsible for ordering the office supplies and groceries. Requirements: - Studies should be in a relevant field such as Business Management; - Economics; Marketing. - Have 1 - 2 years professional experience in sales, marketing and customer service. - Currently living in Rotterdam. - Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Dutch. - German language is highly desirable. - Highly organized and good planning skills to meet deadlines. - Able to deal with different clients in a professional manner. - Able to work in a dynamic and faced paced environment. - Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact well with different cultures. - Mastery of MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint & Excel).
